Your Data is used by the various entities of Les Cinémas Pathé Gaumont, i.e., cinema theatres, and Les Cinémas Pathé Gaumont Services.

We ensure that our subcontractors present sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of security and confidentiality measures for the Data to which they have access when performing their missions as defined by existing regulations in the matter.

We share your Data with external service providers who help us manage the services we offer you, in particular the Website, customer service and payment services. The involvement of each of these external service providers is strictly limited to the service they perform on our behalf.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security for your Data that is appropriate to the risks of loss, access, modification, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized destruction of your Data.

Access to your Data is strictly controlled and reserved to employees of Pathé Live, its subcontractors and Les Cinémas Pathé Gaumont SNC.

We will answer you as soon as possible and in any case within one month from the receipt of your request, which can be extended by two additional months depending on the nature of the request.
